Laredo® EC Fungicide
|
Active Ingredient: myclobutanil
Profile:
Laredo® EC fungicide is a systemic fungicide with protectant and curative activity.
|
|
Features
- Preventive and curative control
- Highly systemic activity resists wash-off from rain or irrigation and provides protection to new growth through spray deposits on stems below developing new foliage
- Residual control of soybean rust for up to 21 days
- Offers post-infection activity against soybean rust – known as kickback – meaning it can control soybean rust even before visible symptoms appear, provided the infection hasn't progressed too far
- Compatible as a tank-mix partner with most crop protection products, including foliar insecticides like Lorsban®-4E. Jar tests are recommended before making any tank mix. Mixes with products requiring nozzles for low pressure, large droplet size or low spray volumes are not suggested
- More cost-effective than strobilurin chemistries for control of soybean rust
|
Application Timing:
Best disease control is achieved in thorough coverage sprays applied on a protectant schedule. For control of soybean rust, it's recommended that Laredo be the first spray due to its protectant and curative activity.
Application Rates:
For control of soybean rust, a rate of 7 oz./A is recommended.
